Rixos Obhur Jeddah Resort
TAIBA, in partnership with Rixos, is developing the first all-inclusive beachfront resort in Saudi Arabia—Rixos Obhur Jeddah. Slated for a 2025 opening, this 250-key luxury property will include villas, suites, a children's club, marina access, gyms, and a mix of indoor and seaside dining options
Makarem Burj Al Madinah Hotel
In 2025, TAIBA inaugurated the Makarem Burj Al Madinah: A flagship spiritual hospitality property located near the Prophet’s Mosque. This elegant 347-key hotel aims to harmonize heritage-rich design with digital innovation and AI-enabled guest services, elevating the spiritual pilgrimage experience
Crowne Plaza Takhassusi Riyadh
The project includes 192 hotel rooms and 110 fully serviced residential units, along with restaurants, leisure facilities, and multipurpose event spaces, positioning it as one of the capital’s leading modern hospitality destinations.
Novotel Hotel Al Madinah
Located in a prime setting near the Prophet’s Mosque, Novotel Madinah offers 394 contemporary rooms and suites designed to meet the needs of both business and spiritual travelers. The hotel features a central restaurant, retail spaces, and a range of guest-focused services, delivering a comfortable and seamless hospitality experience in the heart of the Holy City.
Sheraton Hotel Al Madinah
Just steps away from the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheraton TAIBA Hotel brings together comfort, elegance, and seamless access to the city’s most significant landmark. The hotel features two refined towers connected by an elevated bridge, offering around 435 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, complemented by dining options and curated retail experiences, delivering hospitality of a global standard at the heart of Madinah.
Marriott stc Square Hotel Riyadh
Set within the upcoming stc Square in Riyadh, one of the most advanced smart cities in the world, this future Marriott hotel is designed to deliver contemporary comfort with 159 well-appointed rooms alongside 24-hour dining and a selection of leisure amenities. A promising destination that will blend elevated comfort with innovation in a vibrant and future-driven environment.
Waldorf Astoria Hotel Al Madinah
Overlooking the northern side of the Prophet’s Mosque, this future luxury hotel is being prepared to operate under the prestigious Waldorf Astoria brand by Hilton. Designed to offer an exceptional level of comfort and service, the hotel will feature around 300 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, delivering a refined hospitality experience in one of the most significant locations in Madinah.
Madinah Logistics Campus – Al Madinah
Located in Al Madinah, this logistics complex is designed to support TAIBA hotels and other hospitality properties across the city. The project features staff accommodation, a central kitchen, a central laundry facility, smart warehouses, and an administrative building, spanning 55,677 sqm to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen hospitality services in Al Madinah.
