Taiba Holding announces the appointment of its Chief Executive Officer

Taiba Holding Company announces that its Board of Directors approved on 01/01/2018 the appointment of Gasem Abdul Ghani Al Maimani as the Chief Executive Officer of Taibah Holding as of 01/04/2018. Engineer Gasem Abdul Ghani Al-Maimani is a distinguished national leader. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1989 and has a track record of success in his previous positions of more than 29 years. CEO of the National Plastics Company, Vice President of the National Program for the Development of Industrial Compounds for the Plastics Sector, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Industry. The most recent was CEO of Arab Cement Company, where he worked in planning For strategic, quality, restructuring, transformation and has a precedent and current memberships in several boards of directors and committees presided over some of them. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Ayman bin Hamza Saeed as Chief Executive Officer for Financial Affairs from that date. The Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of Taibah Holding wished to conciliate and repay Gasem Abdul Ghani Al Maimani in his new duties to achieve the objectives of the Board of Directors and the shareholders of the Company.
