Al-Haqi from Al-Taiba Holding announces the decision of the Board of Directors of its subsidiary companies (Al-Raha Industrial Company) to request the third installment of its capital

The industrial arm of Taibeh Holding will pay 500,000,000 five hundred million riyals. The procedures for calling the installment, which are expected to be completed before the end of the first quarter of this year 2014, will be completed. The shareholders of Al-Raqin Company paid 400 million four hundred million riyals, In light of this, the Board of Directors of Al-Ara Al-Makin Company decided to settle only the shares paid by the shareholders of Al-Merka Industrial Company. The paid-up capital thus becomes 900,000,000 nine hundred million Riyals and 90% of its capital of 1,000,000,000,000 million riyals. Accordingly, the industrial arm will complete the regulatory procedures for the amendment of the Company’s register of shareholders and the Company’s commercial register accordingly. The impact of this will be reflected in the financial statements for the first quarter ended 31/03/2014 for Al-Rida Industrial Company and its joint-stock companies, including Taiba Holding.
