Taiba Holding announces the non-convening of the 25th ordinary general meeting of shareholders of Taiba which was scheduled to be held at 8:00 pm on Tuesday, 18/1/1433 H corresponding to 13/12/2011 at the headquarters of Taiba in Madinah for the lack of a quorum. The second date at a later date after coordination with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
