Taiba Holding announces the non-convening of the 23rd ordinary general assembly meeting for shareholders of Taiba which was scheduled to be held at 8:30 pm on Monday 28/2/2011 at the main headquarters of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah for the non-completion of the quorum. On the second date at a later date after coordination with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
