Taiba Investment Company announces the appointment of a board member
Taiba announces the approval of the Board of Directors to pass on 30/06/2019 the appointment of Dr. Badr bin Hamoud bin Abdul Aziz Al-Bader as a member of the Board of Directors of Taiba Investments in the vacant seat (independent member). The beginning of the membership will be on 01/07/2019, Until the end of the current session of the Board of Directors on 31/12/2020. The Council’s approval of the appointment is not final and will be submitted to the next meeting of the General Assembly for approval.
