TAIBA INVESTMENTS SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH ACCOR TO OPERATE THE FIRST NOVOTEL HOTEL IN MADINAH

Taiba Investments Company, one of the largest real estate investment and development companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announced the signing of an agreement to operate the Novotel Hotel in Madinah with Accor during the activities of AHIC (the Arab World Hospitality Conference) 2021 held in Dubai.
Which comes within the direction of Taiba Investments in managing and operating its new hotel investments through cooperation and partnerships with international names in the field of hotel operation to contribute to the provision of a hotel system that provides its hotel services with international standards and specifications for the hospitality market, whether in Madinah, Riyadh or Jeddah. Where other hotels are being established in order to keep pace with the growing demand of these services by visitors from inside or outside the Kingdom.
The CEO of Taiba, Eng. Saleh bin Habdan Al-Habdan, stated that the Novotel Hotel will be built on a land with a total area of 1822 square meters and is located in the western side of the central area of Madinah.
