Taiba Holding Company announces the purchase of a plot of land in the central region of Madinah with an area of ​​(986) square meters of Raj II Company Limited with a total value of 210 million riyals and ten million million riyals including VAT on 14/5/28 / 02 / 03M for use in future real estate projects. The entire amount was paid in one installment after the ownership of the land was vacated by that date in favor of Tiba and self-financed by Taiba. The financial impact of this transaction will be reflected in an increase in the item (property, plant and equipment) in the consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2019.
