Taiba Holding Company announces the change of the representative of the General Retirement Corporation in its Board of Directors

Taiba Holding Company announces receipt of the letter of the Public Pension Corporation No. (61849 / L) dated 24/03/1437 AH, including the nomination of HE Eng. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Mazi (non-executive member) on the Board of Directors of Taibah Holding representing the General Retirement Corporation, (Non-executive member) as of 01/01/2016. This nomination will be presented to the Board of Directors of Taiba at its next meeting. It is worth mentioning that Eng. Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Mazi holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and currently serves as the advisor to the Minister of Civil Service and has long experience in the field of information technology as well as in the field of strategic consulting, investment and business development.
