Taiba Holding announces that it has received Shariah-compliant banking financing

Taibah Holding announces its completion on Sunday 07/24/1436 H corresponding to 07/12/2014 for obtaining a bank loan in accordance with the provisions of the Islamic Shari’a according to the Tawarruq formula of Riyad Bank in the amount of 200 million two hundred million riyals for a period of six months renewable for a similar period In order to enhance the investments of Taiba Holding, and the guarantees provided for the loan referred to as a bond for the amount of financing in addition to mortgage securities owned by Latiba Holding Company.
