Referring to the announcement on 09-05-2019 on the Board of Directors’ decision Approval of the resignation of the former CEO Mr. Gasem bin Abdul Ghani Al-Maimani The Board of Directors approved on 11 June 2019 the amendment of the validity of the resignation to be effective from 30-06-2019 instead of 20-07-2019.
