A Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from King Abdulaziz University. Currently  CEO of Al-Salihat Holding Company (Saleh Hamza Serafi Group of Companies for Trade and Business). He is in the capacity of a certified advisor and arbitrator (Category A) at the Saudi Council of Engineers. He has a long professional experience of more than 35 years, as he has held many leadership positions in engineering fields, project management, engineering arbitration and corporate management.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University. He is currently CEO of Saudi Industrial Construction and Engineering Projects Company Ltd, CEO of Saudi Technology and Trade Company Ltd , CEO of Al Wusata Development Company. He has Multiple experience in the field of industrial construction and engineering projects, Member of several boards – joint Saudi European business chambers, Board member and member of the Executive Committee – General Civil Aviation Authority, Board member and chairman of the Investment Committee – Saudi Golf Federation, Participated in many joint committees between the private and government sectors to develop the contracting sector.

Eid Bin Faleh Al shamri

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in the state of Colorado. With over thirty years of professional experience, he has held numerous leadership positions in the Saudi and international banking sector, focusing on corporate finance and startups. He has also worked in the field of management and financial consulting. Furthermore, he serves as a member of the board of directors and audit committees in several publicly listed companies in the Saudi market.

Mohammed Bin Abdulmohsin Al Grenees

Long experience in the fields of managing investment portfolios for stocks and money markets. He holds the position of Executive Director of Investment at Asila Investment Company and a member of the boards of directors and committees of a number of listed companies.

Abdullah bin Ahmad Balamesh

Member of the Board of Directors

He holds a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences, specializing in accounting, from King Saud University. He is a member of the Saudi Accounting Association and a member of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants. He has long experience in providing financial and administrative consultations as well as in executive management. He has participated in establishing many listed and unlisted companies inside and outside the Kingdom.

Mishari bin Najy Al-Ibraheem

A Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University – America, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from University College Dublin – Ireland. He has experience in the financial field. He currently works for the Public Investment Fund and is a member of the boards of directors and committees of a number of listed and unlisted companies.

Saleh bin Habdan Al-Habdan

He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University, and his experiences have varied over the past thirty years, beginning with working at the Advanced Electronics Company for eight years in the field of production planning and control management, then working in the Business Development and Project Management Department. He also worked for seven years as Executive Vice President of TDP Company, which He works in the electricity generation and transmission sector. He was also appointed for a period of twelve years as CEO of Sercon General Contracting Company.
